A Stunning Main Floor Transformation Is Underway!

We are transforming this main floor into a beautiful, modern, open-concept living space. By removing two load-bearing walls, we have combined the former dining room with the kitchen to create a spacious, functional layout. The new dining area is now located across from the kitchen, creating a better flow throughout the main floor. At the heart of the design is a massive statement island featuring a unique natural quartzite countertop, enhanced with integrated lighting to highlight the stone's natural beauty. The kitchen features a sleek, two-tone design with flat-panel cabinetry and integrated handles for a seamless, modern finish. We have also installed heated flooring throughout the main floor, with large-format tiles in the foyer, hallway, and kitchen. The new dining and family rooms feature engineered hardwood flooring, while the staircase has been fully renovated with new pickets, stained treads, and posts that complement the new floors.
Every detail has been carefully selected to create a cohesive design that combines style, comfort, and functionality.
